New Investor looking to gain experience and knowledge. Looking for a opportunity where I can trade my time and enthusiasm to help an experienced investor create more time and money for themselves. Ideal situation would be something that is hands on such as project managing a rehab, helping create a rehab budget, scheduling deadlines, birddogging for new acquisitions ect.  

I am located in the Los Angeles, CA area
