I am currently searching the Long Island market for properties to flip. To be more specific, nassau county, Massapequa, Massapequa Park, Wantagh, Bellmore, Merrick, etc. Can anyone suggest a good realtor who is familiar with investors? Any referrals are greatly appreciated, thanks!
