As a CRE Mortgage Broker shop originating between 35-75 deals/day among all 50 states. Among those, the projects vary from $100k fix and flips to $100M+ large development projects.

For project financing we have a fantastic Single Family Office who funds 100% of the project costs, at extremely competitive rates down to 3.99% up to 5.5% for up to 25yr. Non-recourse, projects from $10M - $5B. Closing is as fast as 22-4 weeks depending on complexity and loan amount. Sponsor needs to have a minimum of $5M or 15-20% of the total project cost in cash liquidity (Funds are not seasoned, and this down payment can be secured through ANY MEANS, offering significant flexibility) and a strong executive summary, and Sponsor Bio.
