Burton Michigan Flip

I am in the process of flipping my first home, and I'm out of time. I bought the house at auction and it needed a total gut. I reframed all exterior wall studs and sheeting, and installed 1' foam covering entire exterior, and new vinyl siding, and stone veneer front.  I replaced half of the floor joust, and all new subflooring (3/4 tongue and groove). New roof, New front and rear decks, new electrical (150 amp), new plumbing, new HVAC with new A/C, new fiberglass in the walls, cellulose in the cieling, and finished drywall. The house is located in Burton Mi. I have been working on this project since July. I'm a travel nurse going to Phoenix for my next assignment, and have run out of money and time to finish this project. I need to unload this home in order to bring some stability back into my life. It was to big of a project for my wife and I to take on (especially for our first flip). The house still needs trim, cabinets, paint, fixtures, and flooring. This will basically be a new build after the finishes. The home is 720 sqft 2 and 1 with a crawl space. 50k is all i need to walk away. If anyone out there is interested, or knows someone, please reach out to me. Thanks, Phil
