Seeking Private Money
I'm wholesaling as of now in North Carolina (Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and High Point mostly) and I am looking to start wholetailing.
If youre interested in offering private money for these deals, I am coming across at least 2-5 opportunities a week (not all are deals) but there is plenty of money to be made here on these deals in this market.

Hello Christian,
We may be able to work together on this. We provide acquisition and rehab lines of credit on 1-4 unit properties and 5+ multi units based on 3-10X your liquidity and 65% of retirement accounts. The line is revolving and can be used over and over again as you pay it down or off. For example, $100,000(cash in bank) X 5 = $500,000 line of credit.
Your credit, experience and liquidity determine lending structure and rates:
Rates down to 6.99% interest only
Down payment as low as 10%
Fund up to 95% of construction budget
Lend up to 75% of after repair value
You clients would need to answer a handful of questions in regards to their credit, experience and liquidity so can vette them out.
