Selling Large Investment Portfolio

Hello,

I'm representing a group of investors who are looking to exit out of the market. They own a portfolio of 42 residential properties that currently have tenant's in place. Taking out property insurance and taxes, the CAP rate for these properties averages 6%. Looking for a serious investor who is interested in a large portion or all of the portfolio.
