Make 20% funding my flip
I've got a property under contract just outside Cincinnati I'm trying to close with a good deal of equity. i've got a subject to loan, and i need 8k to close it.
I'll put a coat of paint on a few rooms and it will be ready to sell again. I expect it will only be a few months before we cash out.
