Beachside quadplex, house hack 5 minutes from the beach!
I have a quadplex listed in Cape Canaveral with a less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Right now it is fully rented and has been for many years with no turnover. However I think this property could work well for an owner occupant with several options for the future. The rent of the other units will go along way to covering the owners loan expenses.
