3 Bedroom 2 full bath home occupied but, pending foreclosure.  Help an investor Skip the Bid War and qualifying to purchase.   Need to assume $700 per month PTI

Mortgage Note.   After paying $20,000 delinquency  PTI will decreased to normal $600 PTI.  House will Rent for $1,200 for $600 per month positive cash flow with requested $20,000 hard money Loan
