I was blessed to have a lot of more experienced REI's help me along the way when I was starting off. So, I always try to PAY-IT-FORWARD for FREE and help others any way I can. But my phone, email, and PM's were getting blown up with the same questions. Last month, I created a new facebook help group where other REIs & Wholesalers can ask questions throughout the day, and I monitor the group & try to answer throughout the day. That way the Q&As stay public for others to search & learn from also, and helps save me time from answering the same questions numerous times by text/pm/email, etc. Feel free to ask any RE questions, Thanks!! - Jeff Filali
