Hi All! I am looking for medium-to-large size multi-family properties in the Tampa Bay area. Up to $5M purchase price, 100 - 150 units and 7% minimum cap rate. Class B-/C. I'm also open to smaller properties 20 - 30 units to possibly put on one loan.
