Looking for Commercial lenders in Oklahoma

Hello,

I'm looking for a commercial portfolio lender in Oklahoma or one who is willing to lend in Oklahoma. 

I have a deal for 595k, I have 107k cash. 6 SFR, 1 Duplex. 8 doors total. 12% cash on cash if 20% down, 15% cash on cash if 15% down. Tenants already in place WITH leases, no rehab needed.

Are there any lenders on here that would be interested in financing this deal, and under what structure?

Note: I'm a self-employed dentist without 2 year taxes.

Would be willing to look at the loan as a stated income deal with fixed rates starting at around 7% if interested feel free to reach back out
