Aquisitions Manager for apartment buildings
J Berlin properties is a Los Angeles based Real Estate investment company specializing in the acquisition of value-add assets. Our target product includes multi-family assets in cash-flowing states like Ohio, Texas, Tennessee, Indianapolis, Kentucky, Arizona, and Nevada.
We are looking to partner with an individual with experience in acquisitions in the multi-family space who will be responsible for sourcing deals by building strong broker relations in our target markets.
