Hi! I’m Kristie. I am an investor and looking to take investing to the next level. I own 3 properties currently with 2 of them being rentals that I self-manage. I am looking for an experienced investor to partner with on deals in my local area of Kitsap County, WA.

 I am able to bring sweat equity (cleaning out units, painting, getting contractor quotes, walking properties.) I am a recruiter by day so hiring people is what I do! I can also do administrative work whether that is searching for properties, mailings, etc.
