Any referrals for a Hard Money Lender that is new investor friendly? Preferably in the South Shore/ Boston area.

I will work with new investors, and my area is down to the canal (excluding Fall River/ New Bedford area) out to the western suburbs of Worcester, and north to Concord NH.
