OFF MARKET FIXER IN CALIFORNIA HEIGHTS LONG BEACH!!! This neighborhood sets new price records every other month and houses are FLYING off the shelves. The home is a good size and has an addition in the back that is permitted. The house needs mostly cosmetic upgrades.
