Seeking noteholder at 10%

Hi, I have a property I would like to purchase and hold but need a noteholder. Amount needed is $64K (80% LTV) at 10% for five years. Property is located in very nice area in San Antonio, Texas. Please let me know if interested. Thank you! :D
