Arizona's Beach town.

I have a never lived in direct beachfront townhome for sale.It is in a predominately American gated and patrolled low density community named Las Conchas. Look it up on the web. It is titled in a U.S. LLC for easy ownership transfer and in case someone wanted to do an equity share play. I built it to U.S. standards .
