New Non-Performing Note Investment Fund Opportunity!

We are proud and excited to open Coastline Capital Fund III to Accredited Investors! This is a Regulation D, 506(c) exemption, Private Placement Memorandum ("PPM") Offering that will be open to Investors until December 1st, 2018, unless we can close it sooner. The Fund offers an 8% Preferred Return to the Investor and a 50/50 split on the profits.

Once the Fund closes to new Investment, we will purchase one or more pools of 1st position, Non-Performing Notes at a discount from sellers that we have close relationships with. We will realize a profit through various liquidation outcomes. Upon liquidations, the proceeds will go towards initial start up costs, on-going costs, and then to the Investment Principal. Once all the Investors receive their initial capital back, further proceeds will pay the Preferred Return that each Investor has earned. Once everyone has been paid their Preferred Return, the remaining proceeds will be split 50/50 between the Investor and Management. (The Management will work for and earn a 2% management fee on Assets Under Management.)

We expect the bulk of liquidations to occur between 6 and 18 months and hope to return the Initial Investment for our Investors as soon as we can. In any case, the Fund will end after 3 years and any remaining assets will be sold at that time.

Once we've closed the Fund to new Investors and the operations of the Fund are underway, Investors will be able to use this portal to view Fund updates, statements, reports, and financials.
