I have a 62 unit apartment complex under contract in Kansas City, MO. I can either do FreddieMac or a Bridge loan to cover the 80% but. Am looking to secure the 20% plus closing cost/rehab. Would love to discuss this opportunity further with those that are interested. Let’s connect. Thanks
