Hello fellow Bigger Pocket Pro's,

Looking to partner on some flips.

Please review my post and if interested, let me know, and if interested lets talk and possibly move forward.

My 30,000 foot goal is to flip a properties and make 30K in profit on each one to help pay off my daughter's college loan debt then to get financially free.

Here's my goal's criteria that I'm using to define success:

Other info that would be useful to you for your decision making:

I have up to75K cash to start, anything else I would have to get a rehab loan based on ARV.

A little about me, I'm a mechanical design engineer who has done a comprehensive down to the studs and foundation rehab here in California all my myself, I still own, rent and manage it for the last 10 years. So I have some experience.

I have great credit, low debt high income and will qualify for a rehab loan with no problem if necessary.

I'm looking for a flip that would take ideally no longer than 4-5 months.

I will need to lean on you to help drive the project and get it done and share (teach) how your managing it with me to help bring me up to speed with long distance flipping, I work 2 jobs and time is precious right which is why I'm trying to partners with an experienced flipper on a few deals if possible.

My goal is to learn and put systems in place to flip at least 6 properties a year, then increase that to 10-20 per year once the 6 per year is achieved.

I hope this doesn't sound to one sided and selfish, its not meant to be, I'm a very honest guy trying to pay off my daughter's college loans and build a RE business that at some point my daughter's and I can continue to build together and once financial free help families who are in need by supporting St. Jude's Children's Research, and the search for a cure to Alzheimer.

By all means this would have to be worth it to you, so please let me know how I can make this work for you and build a flipping relationship moving forward.

Best Regards,

Looking for
