Large-scale distressed property investment projects needed

I have close contact with a an advisory firm based out of India, having a few high profile clients typically HNI’s and Family offices who invest in large distress real estate. They are currently advising a client who is one of the largest investors from India in Distress assets with a portfolio in excess of a Billion dollars.
The client will be keen to look at investments overseas on large real estate parcels, which can include :
Shopping Malls
Hotels
Commercial buildings
Premium Villas – a whole gated community
Premium Apartment buildings
Investment size can be initially 20-30M$.
