Arizona Properties Looking For Partner
I am looking for partners to buy properties in Arizona. I live in San Diego and want to buy in an area where prices are lower. My goal is to buy up properties, add units to them, rent out and resell. I am looking for those who may want to meet in Arizona and take a look at some deals. I am also open to San Diego and have been looking at Indianapolis due to the low prices there.
I've owned rental property in Manhattan and did well there. I am trying to get back into buying properties. I have a small amount to invest. My experience includes working as a real estate agent in Florida specializing in rentals. I also worked for a time as an agent at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services in Florida. I am now strictly looking to be an investor. I'm very positive, persistent, great at finding opportunities and working well with others.
