Thoughts on Lock Haven, PA?
Hello BP, I have been following for a long time and I am now ready to embark on my first property. I am looking to buy a multi-unit property in Lock Haven, PA. Does anyone have experience with this market? Seems to be a high rental market with a mix of college students, and families. I have been also looking at Johnstown, PA. I can afford these two areas, that is why I am looking to buy there. Any advice or opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
