Seeking PM Who Serves Chester County, PA
Seeking PM to handle eight SFHs and two duplexes in high-demand areas of northern Chester County. All units are in good shape, located in high-demand towns, and have 5-12 year continuous rental histories.
We have never had a deadbeat, police incident, or eviction. This is easy money ! You'll perform rent-up, repairs as needed, and turnover work, while we retain rent collection responsibility and most financials. Fee proportional to duties.
We will be traveling abroad, so our PM must be a solid communicator and not require hand-holding in routine matters. Turnover of our portfolio to PM can be gradual or all at once, as negotiated.
