Fort Worth Hard Money Lending Consultant
Longhorn Investments is a multi-state hard money lender looking for someone to represent us in the Fort Worth market. You must meet the qualifications below. Please send a resume if interested.
- Experience with real estate investing
- Preferred that applicant is currently an active investor, wholesaler, or hard money loan originator
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to work some nights and weekends (REI meetings and conferences)
- Comfortable working on a contract basis
Marketing and promotional expenses will be provided. Full operations support in our corporate office.
Compensation is based on a percentage of funded loan amounts. Successful reps in other markets are earning $8,000 - $10,000 monthly with unlimited upside. We are currently looking for one candidate.
