Offering help in the Delaware/ Tri State Area
My name is Kristopher Clark and I am new to REI. I'm offering assistance to anyone investing in the Delaware/Maryland/South Jersey/ Southeastern Pennsylvania areas. I have a door to door marketing team and I believe we could help spot properties that could be investment opportunities. I am not prepared to flip or rent any properties as of yet however I have goals to do so in the future. My thought is that I could begin partnering with others and bird dog/ wholesale while I learn the REI game. Throughout my day I have down time where I can drive and look for properties. I bring a lot of hustle, have great desire, and drive many miles every day. My plan would be to learn how to bird dog/ whole sale than teach other members of my sales team.
