Looking for $3million POF for a project

I'm looking for a team of either private or hard money to come in on a deal with our veteran flipping team. Without going into too much detail here, the project requires a POF of $3million and comps show an ARV of $6million.

We are looking for either a hard money lender or a partner who would like to join us on this venture ASAP.  Deal will not last long. Please DM me for more details.
