Off Market Commercial Deal

Have a seller that is asset rich and needs to liquidate some commercial land to put money in the bank.

Has 300 acres of property right off the main interstate in Ga and also has another 150 acres off another exit right off the ramp.Was approved for a big 100 million plus commercial development a few years back but funding fell through.Can sell smaller parcels off of the big parcel with road frontage.All utilities on site with great capacity in place.

Owns free and clear and will parcel out some of the land upfront.Also might owner finance with substantial down payment.

Excellent opportunity to buy commercial land for a great price.

Will not look at bird dogs,go betweens etc. If you want a fee you will have to get it from your buyers.All prospects will have to show proof of funds statement that is yours valid within the last 45 days.

I am looking for serious buyers only please that are qualified.Not people who can't perform trying to buy something on a song and a dream.
