Great opportunity for an investor looking for Chicago investment property that wants value add or equity building property. Building currently has 6 units consisting of a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom units and one owners unit duplexed down into the basement. The current owner put in all new electrical, furnaces in each unit, new roof, and extensive plumbing. Garage parking under building can fit four cars in tandem. Space in basement but City will not allow legalizing basement units, possibility to duplex down other units. 

Two units are currently rented. Bathrooms and kitchens could use some updating to get better rents. Building can be filled quickly with new management. Short walk (about a block) to Metra train station and a couple block walk to Rainbow Beach. Asking $290,000 bottom line price. No room for negotiations and no seller financing.
