Secretary / Admin Needed - Chicago
Landmark Property Management is seeking a secretary/admin to assist our growing team in Chicago. You'll be the first point of contact for all of our tenants and contractors.The ideal candidate is easy going, customer service oriented, and has a passion for helping people/solving problems.
This position's responsibilities include:
- Customer service via phone calls and emails
- Data Entry
- Coordinating maintenance
- Scheduling showings
- Minor bookkeeping
- General Office responsibilities
The idea candidate will possess:
- Previous office experience (although not required)
- Easy going attitude with a passion for helping people/solving problems
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft office programs (Excel, Word, etc.)
- The ability to work independently and efficiently
- Commitment to reliability
- Desire to succeed in a fast growing company

- Starting pay at $16-18/hour. Evaluation (and possible raise) at 3 months, 9 months, and annually thereafter.
