Full Time Architectural Draftsperson with REVIT Experience

GSD Associates, LLC is looking for an Architectural Draftsperson with a minimum of 2-5 years experience. The applicant must demonstrate excellence in design and communications (both verbal and graphic), experience with delivering all phases of a project, and working with consultants. Applicant must demonstrate skills in interior and exterior design and detailing and be proficient in REVIT and CAD.

Position Responsibilities
• Perform Revit and AutoCAD drafting tasks which include compiling plans set for Architectural designs.
• Demonstrate an understanding of Building Science, Energy Efficiency
• Demonstrate an ability to detail in both steel and wood frame construction
• Commercial and Multi-Family experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Organized and able to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Ability to utilize critical thinking, judgment and experience to define, analyze and resolve problems and issues
• Ability to handle multiple projects

Requirements
• Minimum 2 year of experience
• Associates Degree in Architectural Technology or higher (compensation is commensurate with education and experience level)
• Proficient in detailing in REVIT
• Experience in AutoCAD, Lumion, Sketchup a plus
• Experience in commercial and Multi-family construction documents
• Basic knowledge of MEP /FP systems
• Work Authorization - United States (Required)
