Are you interested in home modifications for seniors?

Question

I'm working on a new business in the home remodeling space, specifically on home modifications for seniors.

Research shows, 90% of people want to live in their house as they get older. At the same time, less than 5% of housing units are done with age friendly design in mind.

Right now, I need to connect with people who are considering a remodel to modify their house for senior or disability needs. I'm asking for short 15-30 minute interviews by phone to get to know them, their needs and what their ideal remodels would look like.

In return, you will have the opportunity to draw on my 20 years of remodel experience. I will be happy to review the least expensive way to make your next rental unit age friendly.

@Olesia Chikunova  Hi there! Much interested about this concept. I was actually working on this for a few weeks now trying to come up with a business model. As a physical therapist working with patients (mostly seniors :) ) I know exactly what you're talking about. When a senior's house is not accessible - any minor physical difficulty from illness or injury can have a huge financial consequences on the family. @Olesia Chikunova did you ever get responses?  Any good feedback?  I have also been looking at the voice assisted technologies and home health solutions that could fit well into that market?  I had gotten the CAPS certification many years ago but never truly pursued.
