I am selling the assignable contract to a single family home for $90,000. The property is a solid flip or buy and hold in a very active neighborhood in Norfolk, VA. Estimated ARV is $190,000-$195,000. Currently a 3/1 with room for a second bathroom.
The rehab will run between $20,000 - $40,000 depending on what you do to the property. You'll want to upgrade the flooring and the kitchen.
