Looking for funding

Looking for financing for my next deal in the Maine area. Local banks are a bit too opinated for my liking and a tad more conservative than I am used to. This is not to say I haven’t had success with them at all, but I’m looking to grow faster. If anyone knows of any lenders that can finance a small dead, approximately $250k, please reach out to me. Thank you.
