@Ellie Adams I've had a great overall experience with eXp so far.  I chose them because I identify as an investor as well as an agent, and it proved to be the most compelling model to help me reach financial freedom (ie revenue share, stock program, etc)

Pros:  Most aggressive revenue share model Ive seen /  100% commission after low cap / Good tech with cheap fees / equity bonus

Cons: Slow on-boarding process due to growth / no physical office for collaboration (mostly online)

I think its super successful so far because most any self reliant/established agent selling over $3-4M per year would take home more money at eXp compared to the average split/cap.  Might just not be right for those who need a lot of structure early on.
