Great flip opportunity in East Dallas! A lot of renovations going on in this area. House needs mostly everything including making the garage into a master suite and bathroom. There appears to be original hardwoods under the carpets, so you could refinish or put new laminate down. According to comps , there should be no problem getting projected ARV after full renovation. Average of the comps are priced at $166/ft. I have priced ours at $159/ft. So it is possible to get more but wanted to make sure you can hit your numbers. Plenty of room to make this one really nice!! If you were to rent, I think you can get between $1450-$1600/ month.
