Check out this cool house in Oak Cliff near Bishop Arts! This property is in need of a full rehab. It will need a roof, foundation repair, HVAC, electrical panel upgrade, and a water heater. The addition above the garage will need some structural repairs as well.

This is a very difficult house to comp and would be best suited for an investor that is familiar with the area. Within the past 365 days, there were no sold comps within a .25 mile radius. We expanded our criteria to a .5 mile radius and still couldn't find any good comps. For what it's worth, the Zestimate is $140k & the Realist AVM is $192k with a range of $132k - $252k and a confidence score of 62.
