Need help with a purchase
Hello, Investors - I am in a unique position whereby I want to purchase the lovely cabin which I am currently renting, but for various reasons, have not been able get a mortgage. My credit is fine, but since it is an open-floor plan cabin, it does not have a bedroom, and does not qualify for a loan. Would there be a cash buyer out there who could assist with this purchase? It is a bit of a fixer-upper, but livable. I have successfully rehabbed two houses and built one (got into some financial mess with that one), and I would like to continue to grow in this field, but need a stable roof over my head before I proceed. Maybe a lease-option or a joint venture LLC?
