need 6 mobile homes- Dallas / Ft Wort
I have a MHP in the Ft Worth area and need to fill 6 spaces. Post HUD- so 77 and newer. Shorter homes are better, 14 x 60. Older homes are OK, I am looking for homes that are functional, not fancy. So figure 1977 - 1995. The homes should be pretty turn key, minor repairs are ok.
