Looking to work with licensed agent in Nevada!
I am looking for a realtor that works in the Las Vegas, Carson City or Reno areas. You don't need to work in all of the areas. I may be interested in hiring several individuals. I am a real estate investor with about 19 years experience. We are currently moving into several areas of Nevada and need some boots on the ground help. We also work in Utah, Idaho and Washington state.
We are planning on starting in the next couple of weeks (prior to the end of March) and need someone (or some people) to work with us. You must have access to the MLS. This is contract work so it will not interfere with your job as a realtor. And is very flexible.
The job includes:
Inspecting properties and taking a video of them (this will be the bulk of the job)
Going over neighborhood demographics
Occasional negotiating with sellers
Running comps on properties (I would much rather you make us an assistant to you so you will not have to run any comps!)

There will be leads that do not fit our criteria that we can refer to you for listings
Good pay for the amount of work that is needed
Flexible hours
Training on being a real estate investor - totally up to you but it is an option.
Additional pay for generating leads that become deals!
