Go to craigslist, ..
you will find a bunch of wholesaler that either have a house contract they need to offload, or they have an ad out there with your usual jargon like, we buy houses, no closing costs yada yada yada.
More than likely these are not cash buyers.. no no.. they are wholesalers in disguise.. scooby doooo!
