Home Team is once again in Acquisition mode, We're looking for assets in Detroit and its surrounding suburbs.  

Primary focus: Vacant SFR in need of rehab / 10+unit Apartment buildings.

Secondary focus: Performing tenant occupied rentals and Non-performing loans in the 30-70% range.

We are cash buyers who can handle bulk sales if available.
