I am new to real estate and want to purchase a buy and hold rental property. I have good savings but am not eligible for a mortgage yet. I am looking for a partner who would like to work with me to make a deal happen. I have time on my hands so looking for properties and eventually managing them will be my contributions. I have great communications skills so you will be well-informed and updated.
Also currently in the process of getting my real estate license, but more interested in investment properties.
