Job Description: Real Estate Investor seeking experience lead generation specialist to review real estate websites and extract property information that meets investment criteria.

Duties include, but not limited to review of real estate inventory on multiple sites, extract property information to investor database on a weekly basis.

Must have technical skills and experience with using the internet, spreadsheets and Google office applications. Good phone and email skills are a must. Job Requirements: Submit OPRA requests (NJ Open Public Records Act) to specific municipalities for available homeowner and property lists associated with delinquent taxes, delinquent utilities, and other violations. Search Craigslist and Zillow on a daily basis and create email alerts for real estate specific keywords that will result in findings of distressed opportunities and sellers who are highly motivated. Search additional websites for investment property inventory such as: BiggerPockets Marketplace Hudhomestore Fanniemae Home Path REO Websites such as but limited to Wells Fargo, Chase, Bank Of America Owners.com, forsalebyowner.com Create weekly reporting that is well organized including property details, source of information and contact details.
