Here’s how it works:
- The funded property must be located in Texas
- You must be at least 21 years of age to apply
- The winner will receive a total loan amount of up to $350,000 (purchase and rehab budget)
- Loan has a term of 6 months.
- The winner will not be responsible for the payment of:
- any origination fees associated with the funding of the loan
- any interest during the term of the loan
- any down-payment for the loan
- escrow or title fees in connection with the initial closing and funding of the loan
- regular and customary lender fees associated with the loan for a period of 6 months following the loan
Easy Street will even serve as a mentor and guide you through the process of your project, including help with property selection, renovation tips, and more! Once the property has been placed on the market and sold, profits will flow to our lucky winner with a portion donated to Habitat for Humanity.
