I need a CROSS BORDER Accountant

Hello, I have been investing in Buffalo NY for about four years. I have been using a gentleman in Buffalo but I think I don't have the right structures. 

I am looking for a GOOD AND REASONABLE cross border accountant that can help me with this matter. 

I currently own 10 Duplexes in a C-corp. Some say I should get LLCs and some strongly suggest otherwise. Can anyone help or connect me with someone that can?
