Seeking a property Manager in Queens

Greetings!

I currently have a 3 family in Arverne, NY and I am looking for a property manager. Currently 2 units have tenants and I occupy one unit ( I will be moving out of my unit by the end of the year).

Does anyone have any reccomendation for a property manager in Queens or Nassau county? I am moving out of state shortly, so I would need all affairs handled by the PM. I am especially interested in PM with experience with HRA programs.
