Building a Turnkey Team in Jacksonville, FL
Construction managers needed. After months of research we have decided on Jacksonville, FL as our new turnkey market. I'm looking to assemble a team to ultimately produce 5+ properties per month. We have hubs in Memphis, St. Louis, Birmingham, and Kansas City. I'm looking to add a full team (local realtors, inspectors, property manager, CPA, acquisition specialists, insurance agent, etc) but my primary focus right now is a construction project manager. I've spoken with a few potential team members but haven't found the right person. For this role a construction background is needed and a military background is preferred but not mandated. There are many different way this could go based on who is a good fit. This can be someone who already has a construction crew they run/manage or someone who is more of a project manager who has construction knowledge and contacts.
