Property Management Recommendations Memphis

I'm headed to Memphis in the next couple weeks and will be starting to set up meetings with potential property managers. I have a couple in mind, but would love to hear some recommendations or experiences from others as well. Note I am investing from OOS and I don't mind paying a little extra for a great manager. CB Properties is a great company. I use them personally and have so for the past 7yrs+. They secure 1 month leases 100% of the time and my average tenant stays up to 4yrs on average. They have a professional staff and do a good job with communication.  In my opinion, I would never use a management company unless they secure longer-term leases as a standard leasing practice.
